  • We sell digital products only. No physical items are shipped. This is clearly stated on our website under our Digital Delivery Policy, which customers must review before completing checkout.

  • By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are buying a non-tangible, irrevocable digital product.

  • Upon successful payment, digital products are automatically delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is instant in most cases.

  • Customers experiencing access issues are instructed to contact us within 7 days of purchase. The customer did not contact us prior to filing this chargeback.

  • Because our products are digital and cannot be returned, all sales are final. This policy is clearly disclosed before purchase.

  • We guarantee delivery of the exact product advertised, and unauthorized chargebacks are disputed with proof of delivery, including email and fulfillment records.
